Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA governs processing activities performed by RegDaaS on customer instructions, including query processing, result generation, storage, and support operations.

RegDaaS applies confidentiality, security controls, subprocessor management, and breach notification obligations aligned with GDPR principles.

Customers may request support for data subject rights handling. Upon termination, data return/deletion is handled according to contract and legal retention requirements.
